Air conditioners for operation in mining environments — on the surface and underground. We manufacture air conditioning systems resistant to extreme mining conditions: intense dust, high humidity, vibration, and — where required — explosion hazards in ATEX zones. The experience gained during projects for copper and coal mines, as well as mining machinery manufacturers, translates into products that actually withstand underground working conditions.

Air conditioners for the cabins of miners, loaders, haul trucks, and drilling rigs operating underground — where temperature, humidity, and dust without effective air conditioning make it impossible for the operator to work safely through long hours of a shift.
Air conditioning systems for the cabins of excavators, drilling rigs, and extraction machinery operating in open-pit mines and surface facilities — under conditions of extreme dust and large fluctuations in ambient temperature.
Stationary air conditioners for technical rooms, dispatch rooms, and control rooms on mine levels — where temperature and humidity control is a prerequisite for the reliability of control systems and the operational safety of the installation.
Air conditioners for the cabins of machinery operating in open-pit mines — excavators, spreaders, and technological vehicles — where extreme dust and temperature fluctuations require air conditioning systems with increased environmental resistance.
Air conditioners as OEM components for mining machinery manufacturers — designed and manufactured for specific machine platforms with full technical documentation.
Air conditioning systems for mining machinery and technical facilities in copper and metal ore mines — where the depth of workings and rock temperature generate extreme thermal conditions for operating machinery and personnel.
Air conditioning systems for machinery and technical rooms in hard coal and lignite mines — available in standard and ATEX versions for zones at risk of methane and coal dust explosion.
Designing an air conditioner for underground operation is a completely different level of requirements than standard industrial air conditioning. Coal or rock dust, high humidity, vibrations from continuous miner operation, limited cabin space and — in coal mines — the necessity to meet ATEX standards for explosive zones. We have completed projects for copper and coal mines, as well as for mining machinery manufacturers such as Becker Warkop, Mine Master, and KGHM Zanam. This experience translates into products designed for real mining conditions — not laboratory conditions.
